September 2008 Ad Deadline: Aug. 15

Tuesday Night Race Series guide: Get fit and informed during the Tuesday Night Race series held at Kincaid Park. Each Tuesday in the fall, hundreds of runners lace up for fun and fame. Find out how to join or volunteer, course maps and specs. Special section within COAST, 20,000 copies plus overruns to be distributed at the event.

October 2008 Ad Deadline: Sept. 15

Oxygen & Octane Expo official guide: Every vendor who buys a booth at Alaska’s biggest winter adventure expo receives a free ad in the comprehensive and official guide to the Big O Show. Learn what the local ski resorts have planned and what the Big 4 snowmachine manufacturers have in store for sled design and innovations this winter. Gain insight into winter activities, snow safety and group rides. The Expo is Oct. 17-19 at the new Dena’ina Convention Center and the ACVB and the Mayor’s office are hosting the grand opening affair during the Expo. Booths are still available, but selling out quickly.

COAST has been asked again by the U.S. Ski Team and its partners to produce official guides for the Junior World Biathlon, the Senior Nationals, the Junior Nordic Combined and the National Masters ski events.We’ll also toss in a guide for the Tour of Anchorage to round out the cross-country season guides. 20,000 copies plus overruns for each event.
